​In dispute resolution, I always look for the most advantageous solution for the client. I believe that litigation is a last resort and that the best service an attorney can provide to a client is to find an amicable solution. An amicable solution is usually the most time and cost effective.

Understandably, however, there are cases where an amicable solution is not possible, in which case I represent clients before Czech courts, arbitration courts and in international arbitration.
