ThomasLloyd does not make payments to its investors. It has been in arrears with a number of payments since at least 2020.
The creditor group I represent includes bondholders of ThomasLloyd Cleantech Infrastructure (Czech) a.s., ThomasLloyd Cleantech Infrastructure (Liechtenstein) AG and holders of shares in German limited partnerships of ThomasLloyd.
My goal is to expand the group as much as possible so that Czech investors are not treated as second-class investors by ThomasLloyd and to put pressure on ThomasLloyd to meet its obligations to my clients.
